EasyGraph beta release

Ravinder Singh • 21 August 2020

Graphifi are very happy to announce the beta release of our EasyGraph platform.

Our mission is to make using knowledge graphs as easy as possible and therefore we have added a Schema Builder application - a visual way to create a schema. Schema Builder completes the set of applications that will make up the first production release of EasyGraph.

Schema Builder

Schema Builder is designed for people from a non-RDF background, or those who want a simple user interface to build a schema, rather than having to model using ontologies directly. You can, of course, still import ontologies into EasyGraph if that is your preferred approach.

With Schema Builder you can start your knowledge graph journey by quickly creating a schema for a knowledge domain. It allows you to create classes, subclasses and properties. Once you have a schema you can use other EasyGraph features to create and explore a knowledge graph.

In Schema Builder you can work in ‘Graph View’ or in ‘Form View’.

The two views seamlessly interact with each other allowing you to create a class hierarchy and properties, which can then be associated with classes. Constraints can be applied to properties defining things such as the type of value a property can take or its cardinality .

Schemas can be shared with others using the export and import facilities.

Bootstrap an API using a schema

Once you have your schema ready you can use it to bootstrap your API with just a few clicks.

We continually work on EasyGraph to add new features and would love to get your feedback on the latest additions. To try EasyGraph please visit https://easygraph.graphifi.com

If you would like to know more about EasyGraph or what Graphifi can offer please get in touch. We will be more than happy to chat or to organise demos if there is anything you would like to see in more detail.
